We at Curry's Antiques have all original painted New England antiques, dated from 1770 to 1830. We keep updating every month with new and exceptional things anyone would be proud to have.
With sixteen wonderful people making new and fresh items for all seasons, things change rapidly. it is hard to show each and every thing we make but we try either here or on facebook under Curry's Antiques. Our objective is to have items that either look old or were used in the 18th century replica.
Specializing in 18th and 19th century American Country furnishings in early paint and primitive crafts and linens
We use 100% linen, the heaviest we can find. We hand dye each every piece with three times, with the hottest water, so every piece is shrunk as much as can be. We stitch each piece just like the early ones were. Also, using patches and tatters, all hand done, or just plain. Bedcovers, pillow cases, bedcurtains, lampshades, table runners to name a few.
Here are some of the ladies working our show. We also have Tony the Blacksmith working in an original Blacksmith shop and will make items just for you. My Grandson Matt is usually working here too, to help load your purchases. We all dress in period clothing and we are more than happy to assist your shopping needs.
We have five shows a year. April, July, Sept, Nov, Dec. Each one will be posted with the new items and what we are doing at that particular show. 10:00am to 2:00pm
